Me

Who am I? Why do I think I can help when the pills, doctors, consultants haven’t?

This blog isn’t about me but I know from my own experience it helps to know that the person who is giving out suggestions has maybe been in the position you find yourself now. Below is a checklist of problems I have had over 25 years given in non medical terms (i.e.lower back rather than lumbar spine, middle back rather than thoracic spine and neck rather than cervical spine) so its clear to those who aren’t familiar with medical terms.  Whilst my own experiences have been serious enough, there are situations that I haven’t been in where emergency treatment is required, loss of bladder control etc. If in doubt seek medical attention, especially before trying anything on this blog.

  • Low grade backache
  • Lower back disc prolapse (commonly known as slipped disc)
  • Neck stiffness/pain
  • Neck disc prolapse (commonly known as slipped disc)
  • Middle back pain
  • Back/Middle back/Neck spasm
  • Paralysis due to spasm
  • Arm pain
  • Sciatica
  • Degeneration of discs
  • A mild degree of scoliosis
  • Muscle weakness
  • Nerve pain
  • Altered knee-jerk reaction

(Sarah does not have a medical background so it is emphasised that her blog is the result of her experiences and listening to others only. Before doing any of the suggestions contained in her blog, check with your doctor if you have any concerns on how they may affect you)
